Input and output
Add at least two readable, unencrypted PDFs, arrange them, and choose an output filename. The tool copies every page from each accepted file in the displayed order and downloads one PDF.
Limits and failure cases
Encrypted, invalid, and zero-page PDFs are not included. Merging does not edit page contents or reduce file size. Document-level features such as bookmarks, attachments, forms, metadata, and digital signatures may not survive or remain valid, so do not assume the result is archival-equivalent.
Local processing and result checks
Selected PDF bytes are read and combined in this browser. Open the downloaded file and compare its page count and sequence with the list. Also test links, forms, bookmarks, and signatures when those features matter, and keep the originals.
